40 years experience in heavy industry, complete new plant/factory layouts (greenfield), design and redevelopment of new and/or existing plant and equipment within existing facilities (brownfield).
Positioning and installation supervision of all equipment.
Full undertaking and control of complete project from initial concept ideas through design and layout, equipment sourcing and purchase, installation, commissioning and production handover.
Working within customers timing plans and to strict budget controls.
Development and implementation of new and innovative processes to conform to the latest customer requirements, cost and value added benefits along with environmental legislation.
Working predominently within the automotive industry, in both Grey iron and Aluminium foundries on a variety of processes including but not limited to: GSPM casting, low pressure casting, high pressure die casting, flask moulding for a wide range of auto component castings as well as automotive structural components.
Sand preparation, core shops, casting cells or continuous lines, pre-processing, machining and finishing systems.
